It can be said that an intermediate between a green ginseng and a white ginseng has the original form and upright shape. As green ginseng is soaked in hot water for fixed time, a part of body is exchange from the epidermis and dried. The exterior has light yellowish brown color. And the cut end shows a circle with the color similar to the cut end of red ginseng.
